Etica Pro CRM is built and operated by Etica Production, a Dubai-based production house and creator network. Etica Production runs Etica Pro CRM as a software-as-a-service product so other creator agencies — not just our own — can manage their TikTok LIVE rosters with the same tooling we built for internal use originally.

The product

Etica Pro CRM is a customer-relationship and analytics platform purpose-built for the TikTok LIVE creator-agency business model. Agencies subscribe to Etica Pro CRM, invite their team members, and add their creators. Each agency operates as a separate, isolated tenant inside Etica Pro CRM — one agency's roster, deals, and analytics are never visible to another agency.

Etica Pro CRM integrates with TikTok via the official TikTok Login Kit and Display API. Connected creators authorize Etica Pro CRM on TikTok's own consent screen; only after explicit consent does any TikTok data enter Etica Pro CRM. See the Etica Pro CRM features page for the full integration map.

Who Etica Pro CRM serves

Etica Pro CRM is intended for use by TikTok LIVE creator agencies and the staff those agencies authorize. Connected TikTok creators who link their accounts to Etica Pro CRM are external end-users of the platform, not internal Etica Production staff. Etica Pro CRM is not designed for individual / personal use.
